1. Return Window

You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange. 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging, with all included accessories and documentation
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: gaskets, seals, or parts that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use generally cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene considerations, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or special-order parts
• Items marked as "final sale" or clearance
• Gift cards

4. How to Start a Return

5. Refunds
